Sort of a a defector from years ago (in that he managed Saints and now doesn't). However i'm too cheap to pay to start a new thread so i thought I'd post this here as I haven't seen anything else about it. Never realised Wotte was working for Scotland. It will be interesting to see if he had an impact north of the border. He really didn't have one here other than helping us get relegated, into administration.

I thoroughly enjoyed that game. F**k me, Liverpool were sh**e, worse than expected.

I'm surprised that I am still surprised about Liverpool. Just when you think they can't get any worse they delve into new depths of badness.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the quote(s) of the season, courtesy of RAWK...

Lovren, on the other hand, is probably our worst signing ever. Even Andy Carroll made a bit more sense and at least gave us 18m back.

What the **** was Lovren doing... ****ing joke of a defender... no surprise he doesn't start for Croatia anymore...

It's becoming more apparent with every passing week (of dross) that Lovren will never get better, he's possibly the worst central defender I've seen in my time as a Liverpool fan, and I've seen plenty of bad ones, Piechnik got loads of stick when he was at Liverpool, and even he was better than this guy, possibly the worst transfer in living memory, and the sad thing is, almost every Liverpool fan I know, or spoke to, knew he was an accident waiting to happen.

Also I'd sell Lovren in January. To whoever is daft enough to take him off us.

The hatred doesn't end there...

Part one of Defectors Sunday on Sky over. Bad luck Adam, Ricky and LOLvren, good luck Ramirez in stuffing the north London yobbos led by Pitchistinyo. A 4-0 loss would probably mean curtains. Here's hoping

He was quite highly rated in coaching circles if I remember rightly, just not as a decent level first team manager.

The stick Lovren is getting on RAWK is brilliant

It's not even like it wasn't blatantly obvious how poor he is, 2 or 3 bad seasons at Lyon, who snapped Southamptons hands off for £8m, one half good, then the second half bad.

He needs dropped, immediately, my philosophy on the game has always been, if the people in the team aren't doing their job, you drop them, give their understudies a chance, the back 4 simply has to be

Brendan starting to get questions asked of him by the Scouse support. I said earlier this season I think he'll be sacked by New Years Day 2016. Who knows, it might be sooner?

Gaston up to his usual tricks then. A few nice touches and a nice shot, but too lightweight and looks completely lost when Hull haven't got the ball. Still, my Palace/Hull double is still on, for now.

I'm not so sure, I think he's looking pretty good out there today. Closing down well.

Just enjoyed seeing him playing Poch at his own game, closing down the Spuds defence and forcing them into a mistake. Has actually looked quite good, would love to see him score against Spuds (but then I always enjoy anyone scoring against them).

He was knocked off the ball a handful of times in the first 20 mins. I agree he's grown into the game though. Hull have been excellent so far but need another goal soon I think. Ben Arfa should've done better.

Its not all bad for Liverpool, though. Rickie has lived his dream and scored for the club he loves. Dejan was only 3 goals off a clean sheet, and when Adam was subbed in the 72nd minute the score was still 1-1 so it wasn't his fault. And Liverpool are still 4 points above the relegation zone.

It's a good thing the Sale of Goods Act doesn't apply to footballers, otherwise Liverpool would be asking for their money back.

Pathetic decision. When compared to what Wilshire didn't even get a yellow yesterday you do have sympathy for manager's throwing their toys out of the pram. Every sympathy for Bruce if they don't get teh 3 pts

Ramirez was stupid, but unlucky there, Vertognhen walking all over him, bit of a reaction, but no sending off.

Spurs benefitting for a 2nd away game on the trot for a dubious sending off in a situation of their own creating, jammy gits. They've been sh**e!

Let's be grateful that Gaston is out on loan, but the downside is that he's making himself harder to off-load for any reasonable fee. You can't allow yourself to be provoked because that plays into the hands of the opposition. You must hope the ref will protect you and usually he will but if you try to punish the player yourself, sending-off and suspension is inevitable.

Told you Gaston was sh*t! Bit unlucky really. It'll be really sweet if Spurs fail to win now. Even better if Hull somehow find a winner.

Lots of moralising from you lately, or have I just not noticed before?

This win doesn't hide the fact that Spurs are utter dross. If they carry on playing like this there is no chance they will finish above us.

It certainly doesn't.

Gerrard and Johnson have occasional moments of clarity. Lovren is a f*cking donkey, and should be sacked off in January or the summer. I'd sooner have Bjorn Tore Kvarme in the back four, and that is saying something. He's utterly, utterly clueless. No wonder Southampton are doing so well this season. £20mil? F*ck. Me. I thought Konchesky was our worst signing of the century but Lovren is giving him a run for his f*cking money. The lad needs to have a serious word with himself, he is not up to the standards we expect, by any stretch of the imagination.

I think it was the podcast thread where I said at the beginning of the year I couldn't listen to TAI as within 5 minutes of a pre-season game they were slating Lovren as you need to see a player play first in real games. Well I've seen a lot of Lovren now and he's truly sh*t, 20m pounds for that type of player is robbery and whoever scouted him and thought he was better than Sakho in any way, shape or form needs to be fired.

P.S. Bloody Spurs, 2 almost identical jammy away wins in a row. Anyway, their luck can't last much longer.

They can't keep relying on late goals to pick up points. Kane has been one of their better players this season. Glad the rumours are that we're after him.

It doesn't hide the fact, but it makes it even more frustrating. I've seen their last two away games, both they've been s**t in, both they've seen an opposition player sent off as a result of a situation of thir creation and both they've came away with 3 points, jammy, jammy c**ts. Would seriously love to thrash them at St Marys, that's got to be well due.
