yep. I don't have the hump about it at all. Nope, not me.

But saying that, I don't feel like drinking ever again after Saturday

Just how many times have you said that now?

I believe that this is Hatch's motto.

I am glad to learn that he does not have the hump, though. I always could tell he was a well reasoned fellow.

People who spend all of their Christmas time off at the pub are losers.

Very true.

Mon - work.

Tues - take daughter out somewhere.

Weds - close pub early so the losers that sit in the pub all day will be encouraged to go and talk to their family.

Thurs - do xmas lunch then kick everyone out of pub as early as possible so I can have my Christmas.

Fri - charge extra for all meals because it's bank holiday. Close pub early to encourage the losers that sit in the pub all day to go and do something with their lives.

Sat - not a lot, maybe go to a panto if I can get tickets.

Sun - wonder why I no longer get annoyed when Saints get thrashed.

Today- went to see my aging old gran to take her to get her pension. I'm nice, see. Car's exhaust blew up so took it to get fixed at kwik fit for free. Glad for guarantees. Got rid of the missus today for christmas so sweet peace and quiet ensues.

Tomorrow. Sort out the bloody cars other problems then relaxing with beer.

Xmas eve. Out pretty much all day on a bender as per tradition. Should get in about 2am christmas day. Nice.

Xmas day. Over to my parents for free food, drink and arguments. As per tradition.

Boxing day. Having a mate round for brewskis. Relaxing. Nice.

I rate this week 10 out of 10.

Ok now have change of plans due to my stupid ex having his head up his arse.

Xmas Eve and Xmas day the kids will be with me all day and will not see their father. All this over half an hour on xmas day where the ending of respective meals may not quite coincide. Because I was not willing to possibly walk out of my meal half way through he has decided to cancel xmas totally for the kids as well as his sons b'day on xmas eve.

God he makes me so angry and my eldest was really upset.

What a pathetic 'man'. Point scoring to hack off his ex and in doing so upsets his own children. He should be thoroughly ashamed of himself.

Or it could be that you are only hearing one side of the story?

Admittedly, until we hear his rebuttal one can only have an opinion on the facts presented.

Poshie's a vindictive ex IMO. She's already admitted she'll be screwing him out of his half of some tax rebate for parents that they're due. I blame her.

;)

Yep its all my fault I am a self centered, vindictive person and will do anything to ensure my kids xmas is spoilt ;)

Seriously tho, going to make sure that their xmas is one that they enjoy (if a bit more expensive than it was 24 hours ago!) and I told the kids that they will now get 2 xmas days, one with me and one with their father when he decides to see them next, which they quite like the idea of. Knowing the ex like I do I kind of expected this as the arrangements were running way too smoothly

As you don't mind talking about your private life, can I ask who left who? He is acting like a hurt man, IMO. Were you boning his best mate and then left him for a woman? That would really mess him up.

Xmas Day - Drive Step-Daughter round to see her family whilst missus works 6-2, round parents for Xmas dinner. Drink.

27th - Find some family stuff to do.

28th - Wake the kids up obsenely early so I can get them back to Canterbury in time for me to get to the footy in the arvo. *

Where is the - What do you expect in 2009 thread? Those are much more fun, Xmas is sh!te, New Years are good.

* They actually have to be back for a family meal, not because I want to go to the football, although that is convenient too.
