Destiny beta

Destiny beta is open for all this weekend on PS4, XBox One and PC.

 

It's from Bungie, makers of Halo.

 

It's very good. You can feel the Halo DNA in the gunplay and the enemy AI. It's actually a lot of fun fighting against things that know how to flank properly, etc.

 

Similar to Borderlands in the FPS RPG, but takes it so much further than Borderlands ever did. Loot you can see on your character, persistent social hub areas. I'm a little taken aback at how stuff like other players and persistence makes the universe feel like a living, breathing thing.
