Transfer Rumours Only

This has been misunderstood. They are talking about a player called Isco who is having a medical. He has then posted 2 pics - one is Fonte one is a baseball player called Segura. In Portuguese "Fonte Segura" means from a Safe (ie good) Source.

I did wonder why a fat bloke was underneath the pic but assumed it was for the touching gloves look.

Smirking

The constant ultra negative posters do get you down

There are others I read with interest with what they are saying and totally understand and accept their rational .

Yes it is frustrating with what is happening or has happened . But that's the life of a football fan

Yes I moan but I don't do it for the sake of winding folk up like some on here do . And I do say a very small amount of posters

Nonsense, it means we get a slightly worse keeper and the same awful back ups but we'll be 7-8 million worse off.

How could anyone not support that?

Forster is in the England squad and is coached by Saints' goalkeeping coach. Do you think he does not know his onions?

“I totally feel for the fan-base because they cannot have all the information that we have and so they cannot have the comfort we have,” Krueger says. “If they could spend some time on the inside, they would really feel a lot better. They have been through a hard time but there are good times ahead. The goal is to be stronger at the end of the window than we were last season. Will that happen? I believe we have a really good chance of it.”

i don't know him, but I'm sure all premier league clubs have experienced quality keeping coaches. yet not all make good keeper decisions.

He had a major influence on Joe Hart's career when on loan at Birmingham, and is also credited with reviving Foster's career.

Bit of a dilemma for Forster.

If he really wants to move to Saints and it's level in injury time he might turn around and smash the ball into his own net to force through the move.

Very unwise for the media to post Forster set to join Saints if Celtic are knocked out. Sure it's someone with an agenda against SFC. I'd hate for them to post anything similar about Saints before a big game.

That's why we need a fan on the board ;-)

As opposed to proven in the CL?
Fair point but it is not the intense week on week of the PL. I am happy to have him here, although I have only seen a couple of his performances, and a cameo for England where if I recall correctly he dived far too early to let the oppo score

Everything's got rather quiet since the supposed signings at the weekend which never happened. I can understand it takes time, but don't think we have a chance of getting our business done by next weekend. We know about Taider and Forster looks likely, but it's the positions where we actually need reinforcements that I'm worried about

With the Training Center out of bounds today and the players training at St Mary's there is certainly a lot going on today where incomings are concerned. We can surely expect big announcements very soon.

Indeed, indeed and my choice would be Rupert Lowe who has passed the test of time, is certainly a huge fan with the interests of the club in his heart.

Can you imagine haha, infact what’s Michael Wilde doing these days? Or Leon Crouch?!

A fan on the board would be horrendous!!!

"oi oi lads, we're just about to sign Hernandez... buzzzzzzin!!!!"

Two days later the Hernandez deal is hijacked by a bigger club and he never signs, imagine the back lash against the poor fan!

Let’s hope it’s not a lee "lying lee" kind of has the same ring as "wreck it ralph" *CRINGE*
