Is he good enough? would you buy him ? If yes for how much. Is he good enough now or one for the future?

 

He looks like the only fella likely to score from our corners.

"looks like", isn't really enough. He's ok and one of the better ones we currently have but it seemed like we had far better defenders on loan last season, like Lucketti, Dailly, Bennett and Davies, would be good to bring in someone of their quality again this season.

Pearce is worth signing IMO.

 

We certainly need his prescence both defensively and when attacking with set-pieces.

 

Not sure if Reading would be willing to sell mind, and whether or not Pearce wants to stay is another thing.

 

Finances may well play their part also, but only time will tell. I would hope we were able to extend his loan at the very least.

He's playing in the probably the least talented team this club has ever produced (my opinion) and isn't really standing out. As has been said though, much better than anything else we've got.

I am far from convinced. He is whole hearted and has done well at home but he has been weak as **** away. He won most things in the air yesterday except when we needed him to for Morgans goal. The fact he was up against two small lightweight guys possibly explains why I thought he did well. You certainly couldn't fault his desire, take for example when he slipped and he tackled Ernie with his head desperately trying to recover the situtation. The fact is Lancashire is wet so we need him unless we can get someone stronger in. I'd take Pele on lan every day of the week.

Pedro Pele in central midfield on loan for the rest of the season. That would be fantastic.
