For all you kit geeks out there the supplier website is out there if you want to go looking.

I'm sure once The9 is back from abroadland he'll be on the case.

Actually, he might be on the case already...

Pretty smart.

Out of interest, what would we wear at palace?

Technically could be potential problems against a few sides. Should be ok in most cases, but you could argue a case for quite a few sides:

Aston Villa, Burnley and West Ham. All dark maroon with blue in the tops, so the red of the stripes and the dark blue may not be ideal.

Palace, red and blue.

QPR, can't wear the blue away, would red and white stripes offer enough contrast against blue and white hoops?

Newcastle and West Brom, both dark/white stripes so both our kits could cause issues.

We'd probably be ok in most instances, to be fair, but it might indicate a potential need for a third kit. Especially against Palace and QPR.

"Back to branded kit next year"

If Adidas or whoever we have just trot out some generic kit like they did last year I would rather stay independent.

Do agree though that £50 is a bit steep.

Nice. Just like the home shirt. Better then the shi tty template shirts knocked out by Nike & Adidas.

Agree but some people want a band name so they can pose.I rather we stayed independent and all the profits went to the club .

Where has the £50 / £55 been quoted? Haven't seen in anywhere official...

The article about the away kit on the official website...

The article about the home kit also had prices...

Huh ? it was a genuine attempt to suggest why this is as expensive as an Addidas kit with fancy-Dan gold sponsorship...

It's got four rather than three stripes in the weave ;)

Honestly, the more I look at it, the more 'meh' I feel about it. It is just a functional away shirt for me, will buy it as I always do but don't dislike it, don't feel enthralled.

Haha that'll teach me to actively look for the information that I want to know instead of waiting for it to come to me on Twitter! Cheers MLG :)

Only thing that bothers me is the price. Great kit, happily buy it at £35-40. But £50 is really taking the **** even if others clubs are doing it.

I always thought football shirts we're over priced but a lot of people pay that price especially if they have that silly tick or Nike or adidas badge on

Told ya so ; )

Pretty decent, still prefer the home kit mind.

Looks a little lop sided without a Saints Apparel logo/manufacturers logo. Muvi sponsor looks very good.

The fits on the kits look so much better than the training gear which is a relief. For all you kit geeks out there the supplier website is out there if you want to go looking.

Back to branded kit next year.

Come on then, i can't find it. Who is it?

I reckon it's class. I also reckon it shows that some of the people who'd earlier dropped supposed ITK tips about it being shocking and various other WUMMERIES are a bunch of ******

I won't name names but they'll know who they are.

Great, a pic of a mostly white saints kit when the current one is mostly red.

The Palace kit this season is largely blue...

I don't think it'll clash with our home kit. Especially as we have black shorts and red socks.

Shame that blue wasn't used on the home shorts. Think the kit looks slightly strange without a logo, but I suspect that will actually start to look good after a while. Feels lie it fits together with shorts and socks unlike the striped kit which doesn't sit well, together at all.

Have to laugh at anyone buying one of these things though if they are £50. Absolute madness.

It's ok but I'm not a fan of that sludgy blue with the yellow and the shorts look a completely different shade. Reminds me of that navy kit with the yellow chest panel from a few seasons back - the worst Saints kit of all time IMO. Black would've looked much better.
