Have a read of this webpage, have to say I feel sorry for the guy.

We have been trying to get a refund or replacement for over 1009 days (since our first escalation to

Chrysler Australia on 2nd September 2011)

 

We have had had countless email exchanges and phone calls, had 2 formal mediation sessions, and

even made 3 offers to the CEO of Chrysler Australia to resolve this privately.

 

You will be disgusted at what was offered…. click the red button to destroy my Jeep.
