qwertySFC Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 2003 Rupert had a little thought to himself... I thought we are 4th in the premier league, we have sell out crowds at St Marys , a manger who knows how to gain results and a united fan base..... I wonder what Rupert is thinking as he sits down in 2008... ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 2008 We are 4th from bottom in the Championship (Divison 2 in old money) we have average crowds of 12,000 , a manager who is on another planet and a divided fan base who bait each other in our own ground...
Ponty Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 Do we have average crowds of 12,000? I doubt it.. As for what he's thinking, I expect he's thinking much the same as the rest of us... "Ohhhhhhhhh Shiiiiiiittttt!"
Leslie Charteris Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 As for what he's thinking, I expect he's thinking much the same as the rest of us... "Ohhhhhhhhh Shiiiiiiittttt!" But would he be thinking "... what have I done?"

"Ohhhhhhhhh Shiiiiiiittttt!" He will be thinking, this style of football is attractive and exciting to watch, we have 27000 at the ground yesterday so the customers must like it, and all the teams that come here say how much they enjoy playing against us and what a wonderful advert we are for the development of young players and good football. Thats the problem, clueless.
SaintSparky Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 Our average league crowd after Saturday for this season is 16,644.
benjii Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 He'll probably be on the phone to Chris Iwelumo.
Whitey Grandad Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 Our average league crowd after Saturday for this season is 16,644. Doesn't that include all the Season Tickets even if they can't make it?
rocknrollman no2 Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 I doubt if Lowe will even give us a thought on Christmas day. He will be out shooting ducks and drinking champange, while Wilde is in the background being Ruperts man servant.
lordswoodsaints Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 tbh i hope he is thinking 'how do i get us out of this mess, and very quickly' but i suspect he is thinking 'how do i get us out of this mess on the cheap'

Interesting. 9 of those clubs have lower gates than us and yet are above us in the table...
Legod Third Coming Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 Actually, we all know what he'll be thinking. "Is the Lafitte '62 acceptable with turkey, or should one stick with the Hermitage '84"
offix Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 I wonder what Rupert is thinking as he sits down in 2008... He'll be snickering about how he pulled one over on Crouch and screwed the quisling in doing so.
um pahars Posted 21 December, 2008 Posted 21 December, 2008 He'll probably be on the phone to Chris Iwelumo. LMFAO:D:D:D When he first said all that stuff in the Annual Report I was wetting myself, now six games on and 3 points out of 18, I'm almost crying!!!! I wonder what Iwelumo's current take on it all is?????
