stevy777_x Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 According to l'equipe, West ham have agreed a price for Kolo with Nice. Between 3 and 5 million euros. It does also that personal terms with the player haven't been agreed and that Saints are also interested and monitoring the situation. http://m.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Accord-nice-west-ham-pour-kolo/478378
Saint Charlie Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 Hs is WH's top left back target. They have looked at 3 or 4 others too. Will be interesting to see who we go for.
SuperSAINT Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 With the money we have in the bank, if we wanted him, we would get him.

SuperSAINT Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 Makes me think we have higher targets. Yeah, or maybe we will "Sammy Lee" him from under their noses. My hunch was always the lad at Dundee Utd, Robertson - we will find out in due course.

According to their message boards Dundee Utd are looking to sign a Czech left back which suggests Robertson is on his way.
iansums Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 He came on as a substitute in the second half. Scotland National team manager Gordon Strachan said afterwards "Andy came on there and the first time he picked it up he drove about 30 yards. I thought 'that's fantastic'. Absolutely no grey area, I'm going to do what I do. I loved seeing that first touch."[ You'd have thought wee Gordon would recommend the club to the player. If so, would be in an excellent position to monitor the player if he comes, could even invite him round on Burns night, or lodge with him even ! Think Robertson is WBA bound Paltry £1m bid rejected. Doubt WBA will be chucking money around, so its up to us if we want him - or Kolo - to make our interest known quickly.

Whitey Grandad Posted 29 June, 2014 Share Posted 29 June, 2014 Still owns a house in Warash yes, but I don't think he lives there permanently Yes, I believe so. I saw him looking at shirts in M&S at Hedge End just before last Christmas (or 2012) and gave him some of my discount vouchers for which he seemed very pleased. Beckenham Saint Posted 30 June, 2014 Share Posted 30 June, 2014 Luke Garbutt the Everton LB would be one I'd like to see us get, if we were to sign a young english defender. Outside of England there are plenty of quality young left backs we could get, and if we do have higher targets then I assume that we will be buying from abroad.
