Saint_Abroad Posted 20 June, 2014 Share Posted 20 June, 2014 I just got flashbacks of sitting in my University apartment and saying "just get this one paper done and you have the whole weekend." When you say developing the employee does that include motivation and reward or is it something like conflict resolution, at least the emotional intelligence part? Killers Knee Posted 20 June, 2014 Share Posted 20 June, 2014 This would depend on how someone defines "Job Performance" A conformist manager would state "how many projects x delivers in y", for me thats not performance, performance for me would be defined exactly as permy manager's CEO defines it, in shareholder value or how much profit I generate. http://search.dilbert.com/comic/You've%20Been%20A%20Good%20Contract%20Employee%20Wed%20Like%20To%20Make%20You%20Regular%20Employee
