It is obvious what the inquest will conclude, a copper made an error of judgement whilst trying to relieve a crush outside the ground causing fans to steam through into one pen and get crushed. Then the old bill, after a decade of dealing with hooligan football fans tried to deflect the blame. Whatever the inquest says it wont change the fact that the cages, that condemned those poor fans to their death were there because of the behaviour of football fans in the 80s.
