SaintRobbie Posted 3 June, 2014 Posted 3 June, 2014 He's got a long way to go before he regains anyone's trust. He was still done like a kipper by Liverpool. Still, I guess if he was to make Lambert the only loss to Liverpool this summer, he might regain some credibility.
Block34 Posted 3 June, 2014 Posted 3 June, 2014 mmmm, jury's still out I reckon. Too much going on right now and we'll need for the dust to settle before getting a proper evaluation of him. But he's not condemned just yet.
Mallagroth Posted 3 June, 2014 Posted 3 June, 2014 True it is a positive sign. The man has been too successful to be a numpty, he may have just been dropped in it at a bad time. After MP and Les Reed's statement he needed to be seen to make a good judgement call quickly. (In reality it is of course neither all his fault or all his credit when decisions are made one way or another, but he is the front man and he is stepping into some very small shoes. (Sorry couldn't resist)
