Problem with Reply with Quote and Editing

Hi - Out of the blue when I try to reply with quote, I get a greyed out box - Same if I try to edit a post. Doesn't happen if I "Go Advanced".

 

Reset my profile defaults and updated Java.

 

Any other ideas

What browser are you using?

Getting the same and it's starting to get on my tit's now.

 

Works fine in chrome but I prefer and usually use explorer.

I played around with my settings BBL (?) and HTML and checked and seems to have fixed it
