Marino Posted 27 May, 2014 Share Posted 27 May, 2014 Dislike QPR with a vengeance but with Fulham gone it means that I still have a game that I can walk to. A small compensation for our 7 hour round trip to Soton on match days.
Dr Who? Posted 27 May, 2014 Share Posted 27 May, 2014 Don't agree, that is football. If we had beaten them, do you think we would have given them stick? Of course we would, that goes with the territory of football. Man up!

At least QPR is a good away day and hopefully the day we play them is 'onest 'arry's last game before getting the old heave-ho.

Sheaf Saint Posted 27 May, 2014 Share Posted 27 May, 2014 Don't agree, that is football. If we had beaten them, do you think we would have given them stick? Of course we would, that goes with the territory of football. Man up! Would we have all run on to the pitch and stood in a big crowd in front of the home fans section jeering and goading them? I very much doubt it. I was there that evening, and while I do not hold any kind of grudge against Derby in general for it, the behaviour of the large group of fans who decided to run over to the away end and bravely taunt us from behind the safety of a police line after the shoot-out was pretty pathetic. I expect most decent Derby fans found it pathetic and embarrassing as well, as the ones I was chatting to on the train home afterwards did.
