That Keeper has to live with that. Terrible challenge, mind you should have caught the ball in the first place.

It seems to me his death was a result of non-diagnosis of the extent of the injury rather the the injury per se.

Someone in the comments section under that youtube video says he didn't die.

It's in the Daily Mail. He was okay after the game but had to be hospitalized a few days later. He died of internal injuries. I haven't seen the video. I think there is something very wrong in watching someone dying, or in this case, an incident which led to their death. Doesn't seem right to me, to turn human tragedies into a form of entertainment.

I sympathise with your views. If nothing else perhaps this can be a cautionary tale for those who might go a bit too far.
