Saint Garrett Posted 12 May, 2014 Posted 12 May, 2014 We had our chance this year, no chance next year when we dont have any players. Arsenal isnt a bad shout at 9-1.
Aardvark Posted 12 May, 2014 Posted 12 May, 2014 We had our chance this year, no chance next year when we dont have any players. Arsenal isnt a bad shout at 9-1. This! Ridiculous odds for a team that wasn't a million miles of the pace without Ramsey, Walcott and the Ox for most of the season. Ozil will really come good next season and they will sign a top striker. You heard it here first :-)
Window Cleaner Posted 12 May, 2014 Posted 12 May, 2014 400/1 to win the PL and 14/1 to get relegated. They really don't think much of us chez les bookies do they.
gr00031 Posted 12 May, 2014 Posted 12 May, 2014 This is quite interesting. Means the bookies consider us to be the best of the rest (i.e. those teams that aren't realistically going to be competing for anything)
Hatch Posted 29 May, 2014 Author Posted 29 May, 2014 we've moved out to 500/1 something must have happened ?
aintforever Posted 29 May, 2014 Posted 29 May, 2014 What are the odds on us getting relegated, must be worth a shout.
Saints foreva Posted 29 May, 2014 Posted 29 May, 2014 What are the odds on us getting relegated, must be worth a shout. 12/1 at Coral according to Oddschecker.
aintforever Posted 29 May, 2014 Posted 29 May, 2014 12/1 at Coral according to Oddschecker. Worth a punt. If our board are doing stupid **** like selling Lambert for £4mill it smacks of them falling into that classic mid-table security trap - Think you have made it so can **** about with the side and everything will be OK when, fact is, in the PL for a club like Saints it is such a fine line between success and failure. A few dodgy buys and bad choice of manager and it's curtains.
