whelk Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Fair play to Lawro His table for 37 predictions for Saints has us Won 15 Drawn 10 Lost 12 Points 55 Exactly what we have achieved! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27272476
whelk Posted 11 May, 2014 Author Posted 11 May, 2014 That is so beautiful I could cry. I think I grow to love everyone in the end. He says lovely things now as well. He used to annoy me but compared to Savage he is a delight. Actually looking forward to his sneering sarcasm for WC commentaries.
Bearsy Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Lawron is my favourite pundit, I love it on Radio 5 when Alan Green is moaning on about something and you hear Lawron chortling in the background
shurlock Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 That is so beautiful I could cry. It's the little things in life that count. Right Small Fry?
Andy Durman Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Lawro's predictions were all over the place and yet he ends up with about the correct points total.
Saint_clark Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 That is hilarious. And i'll admit to being one that complained about his predicitons previously.
Dark Munster Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Come on, how many predictions did he get right? If he predicts we win one week and we lose, and the next week predicts we lose and we win, he's got both predictions wrong but has the correct points total.
Olallana Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 I had us drawing last week at Swansea but winning today. That makes me correct, one win and one draw......but the bookies say they wont pay me, why? (didn´t read Munsters reply beofre I wrote...)
whelk Posted 11 May, 2014 Author Posted 11 May, 2014 So he predicted our season each week as it went on, and managed to get it right by the end of the season. I'd like to think that wouldn't be too hard for most teams. Fill your boots at the bookies then sunshine. I never realised it was so easy.
