Also, if Pekhart has gone, then maybe give Patterson a run out, either way we need someone up front with a bit of strength who can bring others in to play.

He is too important. Surman is ****e in centre mid so he can play left wing and can actually be trusted to hold his position, as can Thomson. Lallana is ****e anywhere at the moment so he can sit on the bench. BWP is ****e.

BotleySaint Posted 19 December, 2008 Posted 19 December, 2008 (edited) How anyone can pick the same useless back 4 we've seen for the last 2 games is beyond me (guess we've got no other options). We ought to play 5-3-2 I reckon. Skacel and James would make good wingbacks, Perry, Peace and Cork would be a good back 3.. right? Midfield and up front picks itself really. Surman, Lallana + defensive midfielder. Finally, Euell and McG up front. Bench for BWP and Holmes. Edited 19 December, 2008 by BotleySaint
