He meant to sign for Notts County, he was just a long way out of position.

 Thanks, I needed a good laugh. You do realise that the two grounds are just across the river from each other and that one of his crosses is bound to end up in the other ground at least once a season?

Ha, very good

Best of luck to Danny. Not the best of players at Premier League level but he's a bright guy and I always enjoyed his interviews.

I was told the original deal was loan to permanent (already agreed) anyway.

It was announced as that in January...

Fox has also agreed a three-year contract at The City Ground, which will take effect after the conclusion of his loan agreement.

Best Danny Fox moment stood near the front at Vicarage road the players were warming up Danny comes to get the ball from in front of the wall by us, two middle aged ladies stood amongst us one pipes up "ooooh that Danny Fox is gorgeous!" Her mate replies "cor not 'arf" and a wag from behind us shouts "Oi! Steady on Ladies".

Good luck to him certainly did a sound job in getting us promoted.

in the Championship season, he and Fraser Richardson were phenomenal as attacking fullbacks, and supplied about a dozen assists EACH.

Sadly, when moving up a level he was found out and his defensive shortcomings became apparant, although to be fair..he wasn't the only one.

However, not every player is born to be a Prem. footballer but he played his part at the right time.

Good luck Danny.
