Matthew Le God Posted 10 May, 2014 Posted 10 May, 2014 (edited) Always have to laugh at the plastic mufc supporters coaches when you see where they come from apart from Manchester which is a rarity. Wouldn't it be difficult for a "plastic" Man Utd fan to get away tickets as they wouldn't get to general sale due to the demand from regulars? Especially for the last away game of the season. musesaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 If Spurs lose and we win it will be a tiny piece of retribution for our relegation from the Premier League at the hands of Manure on 15 May 2005

Chez Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 One thing manure away fans aren't is plastic. You have to spend a bloody fortune going to games to make sure you clock up enough points to get future tickets. A lot easier to follow your team when you win on a regular basis perhaps, but they still make the comittment. Some may have been Glory hunters for selecting united in the first place maybe, but United have a tremendous away support and if everyone was honest we live it when they come to town - and go away with nothing...
Appy Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 The whole "you only live round the corner" thing to away United fans is embarrassing, they are all season ticket holders.
SuperMikey Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 It be difficult for a "plastic" Man Utd fan to get away tickets as they wouldn't get to general sale due to the demand from regulars, especially for the last away game of the season. Not really - had quite a lengthy chat with two Mancs in the pub before this game last season, and they were complaining this was the first away day they'd been able to get tickets for in about 3 years. Apparently there's such big demand for away tickets that you put your name in for them and names get picked out of a hat. Seems a bit daft to me.
wessex saint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 There isn't a team I dislike more than Man U . Surrounded by glory hunting West Country plastics where I live. To paraphrase .. ' I would love it ... Just love it.. If we beat em' Can't remember when we last got a win against them.. It's well overdue today!
InvictaSaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 You need to take a long, hard look at yourself. This x 1000
TwoPints Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Looking forward to the game today. Hoping to give Man Utd a good going over to finish the season on a high. COYR
kwsaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 No - Bradford is not full of mawkish Scousers hoping for a payout.
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 The whole "you only live round the corner" thing to away United fans is embarrassing, they are all season ticket holders. Doesn't mean they live in Manchester. I know someone who will be there today who was born, bred and still lives in Southampton. He just travels up for the games.
Saint_clark Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 If Spurs lose a draw would be enough to keep them out of Europe Be doing them a favour, none of their fans want Europa league.
davesaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Jack Cork to score today!! It's got to happen sometime?
Saint Garrett Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Got Lambert 1-0 and Lovren anytime today. COYS!
Saint-Armstrong Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Adam Lallana in today's matchday programme: "I'm certainly ambitious. I want to one day play in the Champions League and compete for the Premier League." "I got emotional because it's a journey I couldn't have dreamed of, but I'm not saying this is the end by any means." "There are going to be some decisions to make in the summer and maybe it all hit home a little bit when I was speaking." "Every fan would realise there is big potential in our team and we have players who can go and play at a higher level."
Saint_Tony Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Hope he does well in his last ever game for us today
charliemiller Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Live feed from the stadium on you tube from the club https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aENgLGAm4lg
dubai_phil Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 The Dxb Crew are off down the pub today even if (as it seems at the moment) our game won't be televised here. It's been a great year, we have 2 members at SMS for this and the rest of us intend to raise a glass or 6 to the lads for giving us our finest ever PL season when a few years ago it all seemed so unlikely. COYS and have a blast Jess & Sarah!
skintsaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 (edited) Boruc Clyne Lovren Fonte Shaw MS Wanyama Cork Davis Lallana Lambert starting. Edited 11 May, 2014 by skintsaint
Beckenham Saint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Lambert in for Gallagher otherwise unchanged. J-Rod away from our first choice team, there.
Saint Garrett Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Man Utd so scared of Wanyama, they've started without midfield.
Dan83 Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Very attacking starting line up for Man Utd! Fletcher's gonna have a busy day!
Bearsy Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Boruc Clyne Lovren Fonte Shaw MS Wanyama Cork David Lallana Lambert starting. Omg who is David?
nta786 Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 I can see United getting a penalty just so Giggs can have the record of 'scoring every season'.
tpbury Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Houghton - sheepish clap of hands to fans? From lallana
Saint-Reece Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Houghton is honestly such a w*nker comes out with crap week in, week out
BotleySaint Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 Cracking finish from Skrtel there. At the wrong end, hehe. We are playing our usual standard of quality football and no end product.
Golac's Iron Gonads Posted 11 May, 2014 Posted 11 May, 2014 If there's a bigger **** in the world than Ray Houghton I hope to god I never have the misfortune to meet of listen to them. Oh and nice one Rickie.
