Always have to laugh at the plastic mufc supporters coaches when you see where they come from apart from Manchester which is a rarity.

Wouldn't it be difficult for a "plastic" Man Utd fan to get away tickets as they wouldn't get to general sale due to the demand from regulars? Especially for the last away game of the season.

If Spurs lose and we win it will be a tiny piece of retribution for our relegation from the Premier League at the hands of Manure on 15 May 2005

If Spurs lose a draw would be enough to keep them out of Europe :)

One thing manure away fans aren't is plastic. You have to spend a bloody fortune going to games to make sure you clock up enough points to get future tickets. A lot easier to follow your team when you win on a regular basis perhaps, but they still make the comittment. Some may have been Glory hunters for selecting united in the first place maybe, but United have a tremendous away support and if everyone was honest we live it when they come to town - and go away with nothing...

The whole "you only live round the corner" thing to away United fans is embarrassing, they are all season ticket holders.

Not really - had quite a lengthy chat with two Mancs in the pub before this game last season, and they were complaining this was the first away day they'd been able to get tickets for in about 3 years. Apparently there's such big demand for away tickets that you put your name in for them and names get picked out of a hat. Seems a bit daft to me.

There isn't a team I dislike more than Man U . Surrounded by glory hunting West Country plastics where I live.

To paraphrase .. ' I would love it ... Just love it.. If we beat em'

Can't remember when we last got a win against them.. It's well overdue today!

Doesn't mean they live in Manchester. I know someone who will be there today who was born, bred and still lives in Southampton. He just travels up for the games.

Adam Lallana in today's matchday programme:

"I'm certainly ambitious. I want to one day play in the Champions League and compete for the Premier League."

"I got emotional because it's a journey I couldn't have dreamed of, but I'm not saying this is the end by any means."

"There are going to be some decisions to make in the summer and maybe it all hit home a little bit when I was speaking."

"Every fan would realise there is big potential in our team and we have players who can go and play at a higher level."

The Dxb Crew are off down the pub today even if (as it seems at the moment) our game won't be televised here.

It's been a great year, we have 2 members at SMS for this and the rest of us intend to raise a glass or 6 to the lads for giving us our finest ever PL season when a few years ago it all seemed so unlikely.

COYS and have a blast Jess & Sarah!
