Not long ago, he said that the Expansion of St Mary's was second to the completion of the training facilities

 

Now the message is that he is quite happy with the Stadium as it is

 

IMHO, that means we WON'T be "enlarging" Sta Marys, and believe it or not, how far ANY Team progresses does depend on how large their stadium capacity is.

Honestly with the current ratio of TV Money to Gate Receipts a few more thousand on the gate wouldn't change all that much. The more people you have through the turnstiles the more staff you need to sell them tickats and police them. Until we start selling out every game Krueger is probably right.

 

TV Money= 2 million +£ per game, that's 50000 people at 40£ a ticket I think,probably more when you count VAT..
