Oh Franco dear boy, as I've said before under promise, over deliver. Manage expectations. It's a simple philosophy but one that is so effective. Id rather that than than Promised the moon on a stick, be told what I want to hear by someone then them not stick around to see it through, wouldn't you? I so like your p*ss against the wall analogy though, maybe when promising things with other peoples money your hero should remember a similar one, you can only p*ss with your own c*ck.
