Perhaps we should never have phased out the old police cadet system, although that only took youngsters from 16 onwards and was more of a police apprenticeship than anything else.

I'm sure it will be an extremely popular scheme in the Flower Estates. Great for identifying potential grasses while they're young.

Class of 92, I'm guessing. When I started, we were all too pleased with the "what school do you go to" joke to drop the T.
