Dr Who? Posted 22 April, 2014 Share Posted 22 April, 2014 I will stick to my 35mph down Therfield Heath hill to Royston. 25 seconds of speed.., done. Going up it 6mph and about 5 minutes of hell!

Going up it 6mph and about 5 minutes of hell! 80.1 kmph (49 mph) is my fastest downhill and I clocked 77.4 kmph (48mph) yesterday. I love balls out downhills. View From The Top Posted 23 April, 2014 Share Posted 23 April, 2014 and wearing no helmet....how daring! Why jump the white lines? The white lines can get very slippy so perhaps the bunnyhop is to avoid the possibility of the wheel going from underneath him. Either way, they are nuts. buctootim Posted 23 April, 2014 Share Posted 23 April, 2014 I get the thrill seeking but this is just near to suicidal. Going fast downhill you have full sight and a chance to react, your life is largely in your own hands. At 80mph totally blind behind a lorry all you need is for the truck to brake due to a car pulling out in front - or bit of rubbish / roadkill on the tarmac and its good night Vienna. CB Saint Posted 23 April, 2014 Share Posted 23 April, 2014 With or without the cat? In this case, I think the cat is optional
