Convict Colony Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Jeez Glasgow you are beavering away on every thread, your busier than a 1 armed bricklayer in Baghdad.
davefoggy Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 he did ok in the home game against City so why not. COYR
Golac's Iron Gonads Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Go go Gazza, shove it right up these suckers. Love from your number one fan
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 Some of the Gazza haters wil have egg on their face in 2 hours
saint michael Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Nobody hates Gazza. He just isn't a goalkeeper
Colinjb Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Nobody hates Gazza. He just isn't a goalkeeper Compared to some of our previous players, he most certainly is! Where's Tommy Forecast now?
Patrick Bateman Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 He will be our hero today.... Just watch I have faith actually. I imagine his confidence will have been built up and also, he has a full strength back four in front of him, which I don't believe he had the luxury of before??
Turkish Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 (edited) Conceded 8 goals from 12shots on target in his last little run. Yet to see anything to suggest he's a goalkeeper let alone a premier league one. Edited 5 April, 2014 by Turkish
igsey Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Glasgow_Saint upon learning Gazza was in goal: Oh **** god help us!! Annoying as i had a good feeling about today. Amazing how one switch/change can change the whole outlook
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 Glasgow_Saint upon learning Gazza was in goal: Nice try mate. Those posts were not linked to Gazza's inclusion. Thanks for trying to make me look like a fool, in front of my 318 friends
Chewy Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 (edited) Nice try mate. Those posts were not linked to Gazza's inclusion. Thanks for trying to make me look like a fool, in front of my 318 friends So what were they linked to? Gaston not being on the bench or Morgan in for jwp? Edited 5 April, 2014 by Chewy Missed a word out
Convict Colony Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Nice try mate. Those posts were not linked to Gazza's inclusion. Thanks for trying to make me look like a fool, in front of my 318 friends JWP dropped for Morgan then ?
Lazlo78 Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 ...in front of my 318 friends Wilson! Why are there so many of you?
Bearsy Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Gr8 player, sometimes when he kicks the ball it doesn't go straight into touch, which is amazing skill you don't often see @ southampton goalkeepers
igsey Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Yes Weird, I didn't know Morgan had conceded 9 goals from 11 shots, which is the comment you were replying to. Hth
buctootim Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Gr8 player, sometimes when he kicks the ball it doesn't go straight into touch, which is amazing skill you don't often see @ southampton goalkeepers It would be nicer if sometimes when the oppo kicks the ball it didnt go straight into the goal.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 Weird, I didn't know Morgan had conceded 9 goals from 11 shots, which is the comment you were replying to. Hth Got confused mate as Olallana was taking about Morgan as a GK and put up video of Morgan in goal
Bearsy Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 It would be nicer if sometimes when the oppo kicks the ball it didnt go straight into the goal. Then he would be world class & playing for Real Madrid. You can't have everything yo!
Miltonaggro Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Pochettino clearly seeing this game as a write off. Praying for the goal difference - but hope the nipper proves me wrong!
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 1 shot on target, 1 goal Come on Gazza dont let me down
Crab Lungs Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Make that 11 from 15 shots on target. Utter toilet.
Saints foreva Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 I'd rather have Bartosz Bialkowski back. He really is dog****.
bristolsaint29 Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 He will be our hero today.... Just watch Has to be in contention for the statement of the season here!
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 Cant blame Gazza for any of them goals
Noodles34 Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Cant blame Gazza for any of them goals what a muppett!
St Jim Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Cant blame Gazza for any of them goals Now you're making yourself look silly.
Ralph Wiggum Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Cant blame Gazza for any of them goals Except the third and the fourth. Apart from that, his kicking, general deer in the headlights demeanor and lack of ability he's rock solid.
SaintSteve Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 A basic skill for any goalkeeper is positional sense... and Gazzaniga's is woeful.
Minty Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Focus needs to be on how the club can improve us in that position, not on getting to Gazza IMO. He's clearly not good enough, no one will argue with that, but the pressure should be put on the club, not the player.
Leicestersaint Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 It's a shame but he is simply not good enough.
badgerx16 Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Cant blame Gazza for any of them goals As Trousers would put it : chomp, chomp, chomp
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Lots of children making abusive comments about one player.... Say he is bad but why the school playground names..pathetic.. And to be fair he made 3 decent saves in 2nd half..but ignore that...
austsaint Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Feel sorry for the lad; but the truth is, he is never going to cut it as a Prem GK. Should never have been in the position of having KD and Gazza as back up for AB.
S-Clarke Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Feel sorry for the lad, but he shouldn't be at this level. He lacks the basic instincts and attributes to be a top level goal keeper and that isn't going to change. He'd be a decent keeper at L1 or L2 level I imagine, but he's got to go. It's not good enough for a club in our position league wise to have someone of his quality as backup.
CB Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Gazza is not a bad shot stopper - its his decision making and indecisiveness that makes him a decidely average keeper
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 April, 2014 Author Posted 5 April, 2014 Made 3 world class saves today. Defence let him down, and Man City are absolute class in the final 3rd No disgrace from Gazza today. Kept the score down late on
Whitey Grandad Posted 5 April, 2014 Posted 5 April, 2014 Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I don't think any of the goalkeepers I've played with were as bad as him, and for some of those I was playing in goal.
