CHAPEL END CHARLIE Posted 3 April, 2014 Posted 3 April, 2014 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYkuYg5qvPI#t=11 While obviously this accident is clearly the fault of the car driver - car v bike smashes always are apparently - could it be that just this once the biker concerned may just have played a small part in his own downfall?
Smirking_Saint Posted 3 April, 2014 Posted 3 April, 2014 Not a fan of motorcyclists at all, if there is a bike around me I make sure I give them room to **** off. They dont seem to care how close they get to you, cut you up, overtake dangerously, undertake. Pain in the ass
Whitey Grandad Posted 3 April, 2014 Posted 3 April, 2014 Suicidal pillock. It's idiots like this that give all road users a bad name.
StDunko Posted 3 April, 2014 Posted 3 April, 2014 I'm a (weekend) biker and riding like that should be reserved for the track. No regard for the lives of other road users.
sotonjoe Posted 7 April, 2014 Posted 7 April, 2014 Bit odd for the car driver to drive off like that with no apparent concern for the wellbeing of the biker. I would have been phoning 999 the minute I saw him leave the road. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Saint Luke Posted 11 June, 2014 Posted 11 June, 2014 Known in A&E as 'organ donors' My mum used to work in A&E in Winchester about 30 years ago and some of the accidents that came in then were horrific. It's not supposed to be so bad now. 2 years ago a bike went in the back of my car when I was stationary at a zebra crossing in rural Spain. He was waving at his mates in the local cafe and when he looked round it was too late to stop. I know there are many responsible riders out there but just like car drivers there are always the stupid ones.
Saint in Paradise Posted 11 June, 2014 Posted 11 June, 2014 I wonder what he told his insurance company about how the crash happened? Also rather silly to post that video as the Police might become interested and there is the proof of his dangerous driving for all to see.
