Lampard has delivered at the top level year after year. Think Barcelona were chasing him a few years back. You don't get that kind of record at that level without being top drawer.

See I wouldn't think it funny that he was on the list. The public perception is too often "Fat Frank" and all that stuff but midfield goal scorers with his record are like gold dust.
