bridge too far Posted 9 March, 2014 Posted 9 March, 2014 He's paying FB £7.5K for 'likes'! According to the Daily Heil (who hate him with a vengeance) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2576414/Please-like-Cameron-pays-Facebook-fans-manages-double-social-media-following-month.html
Colinjb Posted 9 March, 2014 Posted 9 March, 2014 Party spending money on increasing popularity shocker. I wonder how much the other big parties spend on advertising and awareness schemes, what a complete non-story.
CB Saint Posted 9 March, 2014 Posted 9 March, 2014 Actually smart social media marketing. It's not the number of likes that you are buying but their networks. £7500 on that will be a hell of a lot more effective than sticking a billboard poster up near a couple of road junctions. welcome to the digital age
bridge too far Posted 9 March, 2014 Author Posted 9 March, 2014 And it's a useful tool for comments. There have been scores of them, apparently, most of them very negative. Still, as you say, a tool - for a tool
Golden Balls Posted 10 March, 2014 Posted 10 March, 2014 I'm far from a Cameron fan but I don't see a problem with this
pap Posted 10 March, 2014 Posted 10 March, 2014 So basically, story is that Cameron pays people to like him. His life has probably been that way from day one.
