Wanyamas passing is criminal

Gives it away time after time, under no pressure too

#worried

Would never have him above Cork, another great back up signing but far from a 1st team player if we are to progress.

Yannick Bolasie is tricky... Appears to have the beating of Clyne

Id be tempted to switch Clyne for Chambers

Bolasie's lightning quick. Don't think Chambers would fare much better

We look ragged - where has the passing game gone?

the passing game isn't always effective thats our problem

I've been watching Davis more closely than usual today, seeing as a lot of people were debating him vs Gaston in the line-up... I have to say, Davis has not impressed. Granted, he doesn't do much wrong, but lots of simple balls and no real penetration. Not sure Gaston is the right replacement though.

its about overall consistency and davis is ahead on that

Scneiderlin challenge looked rough in real time but on replays I'm not sure it's even a foul.

Gaston on soon?

We insist on playing him too out wide and too deep in midfield for some reason. I was expecting us to get him further forward with Wanyama on the side but nothing changed tactically.

Of course, Wanyama now sits deeper than Cork and the team looks very far apart.

Well at least the curse of the ex-player isn't going to strike us today now that Puncheon has gone off.

And if Ince score we'll sign him instead.

Just shoot ffs! We'll do well to finish with the points and 11 on the pitch at this rate.

Very poor.

If Wanyama could learn not to be so casual when passing the ball he would be some player.

I honestly don't think he's as good as most people think even when fit his passing is woefull he doesn't look a natural footballer but he is strong

Not fully, he said so in an interview the other week.

Would explain why he started from the bench.

Doesnt excuse some woeful passing again today, but explains his chnage in form.

Looks well of the pace and a shade of the player he was earlier in the season.

Will we be able to hang on? Will a Saints player actually attempt to shoot and score from open play? You decide dear readers.

Feeling very nervous !

He certainly fits the stereotype of African footballers - Not particularly skillful but makes up for it with brute strength.

This is where Pochettino is poor - he should be reorganising things and bringing on one or two subs. He doesn't seem to have a plan B.

We need a change but I'm not sure what would work. Going forward it might make sense to put Rodriguez through the middle and have Gaston on for Lambert, but we need Rickie at the back if Palace keep at us. What would you do?

I would send Gashy on just to run at them and waste time / tie them down a bit.
