Glasgow_Saint Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 With this season coming to a close, its time to pick your player of the season. For me its Adam Lallana 2) Lovren 3) Jack Cork Mods - Poll please?
igsey Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Premature - there's still another 10 games of this season.

teenagegsaint Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 For me it's Lovren followed by Lallana and then Fonte, would've been Wanyama if he hadn't been injured for so long. He was so important at the start of the season and is underrated by saints fans
SNSUN Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Lovren for me. Cracking signing, must be kept. Lallana, Cork and JRod for the other 2 spots. Young player goes to Chambers. To keep Clyne out in his first full season takes some doing.
iansums Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Glasgow_Saint for me, he's had a magnificent season, some of his trolling in recent weeks has been sublime.

Chap in the Chapel Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Lovren a clear winner for me. Top scorer Rodriguez in second, Lallana third, but these latter two positions could change.
Matthew Le God Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 (edited) Lovren for me. Cracking signing, must be kept. Lallana, Cork and JRod for the other 2 spots. Young player goes to Chambers. To keep Clyne out in his first full season takes some doing. Jay Rod? You're kidding right? He is our top scorer, 9th top scorer in the Premier League, joint 2nd English top scorer in the Premier League and got an England call up so is clearly doing something right. jjsaint Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Season's not over yet, there's still plenty (ok 1 or maybe 2 places) to play for. My player of the season so far would be Lallana. Best surprise of the season would be either Lovren or Chambers. Followed cautiously by Katarina. Tw*t of the season would either be NC or Ossie. Goal of the season should be Lallana v Hull at SMS. DuncanRG Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Long way to go but you can't look past Lallana. If he were fit all season then perhaps Lovren would be in contention but Adam's been absolutely phenomenal this year and nothing but injury looks likely to stop him. After that it's Fonte, Chambers, Shaw, Rodriguez.

sandwichsaint Posted 6 March, 2014 Share Posted 6 March, 2014 Nope, 2nd. Knob he may be, but Ossie v Man City Just about to post the same, glad I scrolled right down. You can see how much we have improved/moved on .... no nominations above for MS/RL/NC, last couple of seasons those three would have been right in the frame. I don't really have a stand out individual - the main enjoyment of our play this season has been the all-for-one team ethic and the togetherness of the whole squad (pretty much!), and the technical and tactical improvements MP has added to just about all the individual players - I'd be equally happy if they gave it to any of Lovren/Lallana/Fonte/Cork/S Davis.
