Fantastic game. Whether we win, draw or lose, you have to take a moment to appreciate how cool it is to support a team who play such beautiful football. Lallana is pure genius. Luke brilliant, exciting. So many players had great touches. Superb to watch.

Luke needs to calm down a bit. Feel he is trying too hard to impress Roy. Really good spell there but Liverpool look like they can score at will.

What the hell as happened to Rickie? Seems to be a shadow of his normal self , or has Skirtl got him wrapped up?

Unfortunate bounce for the goal but a decent performance, it just won't go in. Would like to think Lambert could turn in another 2nd half performance like Fulham but a change is probably required at this point.

What do mean what's happened to Rickie? He has been like this for ages

No way is he a target man or able to lead the line anymore

Actually think Rickie has been much better today than he has been. Lallana unplayable and a joy to watch, Luke hasn't had his best game but still offering us an attacking threat. JRod seems unwilling to make runs into the left channel for some reason .

Morgan has been excellent. They look incredibly dangerous when they attack us but when we have the ball in their half they look very average. Gerrard has been anonymous.

Really hope we can get a goal or two, we certainly deserve something so far. Been a cracking first half !

We will have some success with more frequent diagonal crosses from Chambers in advance position. Lambert playing behind the shoulder of Flanigan when delivered might do the trick. Something we've deployed before (vs Rafael, Clyne when at Palace).

Contrary to popular belief, I'm a Saints fan and have been since 2005.

I just tell truths where I see them, many football fans try to be 'positive' for the sake of being positive even though they (sometimes) feel it in their bones that their team is going to lose/draw and it's not going to be a great day at the office.

I said we'd lose against West Ham, we did. We'll lose today and lose next week at Palace aswell, if you don't want to believe me that's fine it's just my opinion after all :D

Your not a Saints fan and you dont tell the truth, you are just a sad person with nothing better to do then spend his time trolling on a internet forum.

Is this Barry's second account?

Need to score when you're on top. Liverpool did, we aren't. Very frustrating.

Ramirez looks like he could be the difference here. Don't know why it's taken some so long to see that he is a truly class act. Lallana looks to be on level tonight, too.

If Ramirez comes good this season it will be major bonus.
