What, like this? :)

Wonder how long it takes to go viral on Twitter as "HERE IS THE NEW SAINTS KIT!!!!!!"

Good work on the mock ups, mirroring the current pitch design perfectly, but for me they look like something Exeter would go for if you know what I mean.

Sunseeker were well up for sponsoring us and as far as I'm aware, were the highest/one of the highest bidders. Veho didnt even offer the most money. Honestly don't know why Sunseeker didnt get it. Would've look so sleek on the kit.

Dan can you reverse the red and the white on both kits please? Ie centre stripe red.

thanks

Red sleeves aside, these remind me of the Admiral kit 1976-79.

Possibly, but till better than any plain red which Bristol City, Swindon, Forest etc might be seen in.

Ralph didn't appreciate the fact that Dalian Wanda did not attend the meetings personally.

So, it's not Adidas, not stripes, may be 'own-brand'(?).

What about these? Keeping the monochrome badge considering it is supposedly the last kit of the Cortese era but wouldn't be surprised if proper badge was on it. Also supposedly supposed to be some sort of 2 tone red design.

There is a rumour that we fell out with adidas and the kit is going to be a different make.

Some on this thread have already said it won't be adidas. No problem with that. Their copy and paste approach was not superb.

Yes and very cheap tooling, to maximise their profits.

I try not to take much notice of other peoples rumours on here, as most of it is complete tripe!

What I was told is that Cortese wanted to get out of the 2 year contract and switch manufacturers (to adidas' arch-rivals Puma) the two companies (SFC and adidas UK) were in contract termination negotiations and then Cortese got sacked, Ralph & co. reconciled.

That's dope as f#ck, make it happen Saints.

Looks great. so i presume we wont have it.

exclusively provide generic crap last few years!

also, i HATE the 'own brand'. Not living in the UK, means you never see saints shirts. I have friends who will buy any club shirt they like and the profile of teams raise if their shirt is seen at stores around the country/world. In that era, i could buy a Leeds or newcastle shirt, but no saints.

own brand is against the idea of expanding the clubs profile/global reach.

Couldn't help but notice that our home kit has recently appeared on Subside's website, for £59.99! The shirts weren't available much outside the online store, if anywhere. By any chance have they just bought up shirts in our sale to sell on later?

Horizontal stripes....yuk!

I'd like to see the AC Milan kit in red and white (our red, the AC red is a lot darker) with black shorts and white socks.

Question is, should the middle, wider stripe be red, or white?

Leverkusen seems very likely but with white adidas stripes. We know the kit was signed off a while ago and will be red again. It's a very smart clean sheet, but pretty standard template and annoying to not have anything unique.

Would look good with the black shorts and white socks combo. Does the shirt being signed off early influence that? Any experts? I've seen other clubs release shirts without shorts and change that. What's to stop us bringing back black shorts and white socks?

White sleeves and vertical stripes sounds like a completely different kit to me, but whatever.

I highly doubt it unless Ralph changed the template at the final hour.

Much better than the Leverkusen shirt for us.

So should it have a central red stripe, or a central white one ? (if a central white one then it would be close to the 1976/7 candy stripe kit by Admiral).

Over to you photo-mockers to produce the images.

Still prefer the reverse Ajax though if possible.

Did i read somewhere that we werent having Adidas this season after a falling out between them and the Club?

probably right.... I hate how saints are always the last to release the new kits. All the big clubs bring at least an away kit out coming into the end of the season.

i know last season it was a sponsor cock up that may have delayed it and i guess again the change of sponsor this coming season, but give us something to go on saints.

There is a rumour that we fell out with adidas and the kit is going to be a different make.

It is 100% adidas.

Cortese wanted to get out of the 2 year contract and switch manufacturers (to adidas' arch-rivals Puma) the two companies (SFC and adidas UK) were in contract termination negotiations and then Cortese got sacked, Ralph & co. reconciled with adidas and we'll have an adidas kit next season, it's quite likely though that we'll be switching to Puma from the 2015/16 season.

Blimey you lot have been busy over the past week or so...

I heard from a third party that Ralph Krueger was asked about the kit at the Awards last week and said pretty much the first thing everyone says to him is "can we have stripes back", but confirmed the kit deal was already signed for next season and it will be plain red - which I am aware conflicts with Blakey's story.

I don't think Puma would be much better, everyone uses templates nowadays anyway and there's not much difference in quality.

Subside are always buying shirts from retailers and selling them on at a massive mark-up, on the off-chance someone very stupid or very desperate wants to pay through the nose.

That white shoulder mock up is cack, a Hull kit from 2012 and Fulham away kit this season, adidas hardly ever go with a one year old kit, never mind 2 years out of date (Forest this season and Fulham's aforementioned away which was a 2001 promotion tribute aside).

We're by no means last to launch kits, there were a few (adidas as well) after us in the Prem last season and a few didn't even get announced before being worn (Fulham's navy third kit worn in their opening game, for one).

The fact it seems we're almost certainly having red again aside, I quite like the Milan one (though not sure red/white stripes would work with the gradation as we'd have to have pink on there), and the Bayern is nice and would work better with a black pinstripe (or none at all). But it seems my "original 2014/15 Kit thread" post of "boring templates here" was right.

For the record, I shelled out £15 for the home kit last week (ugh, but I'll buy anything if it's cheap enough) and can't convey my annoyance at another season of red enough, so I'll probably never mention it again*

*Lie.

Who is then? Please not some tacky own brand thing?

Guess this means it will be stripes then. Be weird to cancel Adidas and still accept a plain red template.

Very strange. I've not been keeping tabs on this - Is this a Cortese thing?

Always been partial to Nike myself.

Ugh. I hate their stuff, especially their snide trainers.

I run in them, never had any complaints whatsoever, ever at 150+ K a week (only on 80 odd now though) Always had Nikes since the first Internationalists. They are not snide trainers to people who run in them. Then again I buy real shoes, Spans 1 to 8, Triax, Zoom Elites, Zoom Racers, Lunarglides 1 to 5. Never tried Air Maxs or anything that are only any good for going to the shops in.

Wow, 30 minutes since this post.

Surely time someone made a comment about the sky falling in and the new board having no direction?

"We'll be playing in skins at this rate! Rah, rah rah......"

I apologise everyone, that's the problem with sharing info you're told on here, if it all goes tits off you look like a berk.

The difficulty is being able to tell the difference between an "ITK that went tits off" and someone making stuff up.

I guess that's why its so tempting for some people to make stuff up as they know they can always play the "I was ITK but it went tits off" card to cover their backs.... ;)

it just might be a smokescreen by Krueger to ensure there is that little bit of surprise when stripes are revealed. The club know this is what the fans want and at this rate good news might be in short supply in the summer so this could divert fans attention.
