I had assumed we had put out a bunch of school kids reading back towards where the team was shown. Team whilst obviously not the strongest looks okay to me. If we don't rotate the players when will they get match time to enable them to come in when needed in the league? Much rather have a full strength side at West Ham to take the smile of Allardyces face, hate the way they play.

Dissapointed we have not picked our strongest side. Especially as all week people have been saying we should be able to handle 2 games in 5 days.

Big gamble for mopo. If it pays off then genious, if it doesnt then will get a lot of flak and rightly so.

Who was saying that...oh right the FA Cup before everything,we'll win because we're better than them dreamers, the great and wise  said we'd not put out our strongest team for this game because many players looked absolutely shattered after the win at Hull. I really do wonder if some people actually take note of what they see when watching games because it was obvious at the end of Tuesday's game that some of our regulars would be in no state to start today and so it transpires..

Makes Adam look a bit foolish, in his pre-match stating that this is the most important and biggest game of the year, and then we go and put our a side like that. Nice one. I wish we'd realise the opportunity and stop trying to dice with it when there's no need.

Warnock proving what a mis-informed pillock he is saying that Saints will be more settled and have less disruptions without Cortese. What disruptions were these then? I guess the two promotions were huge changes that we had to adapt quickly too...

His club (QPR) had quite a run-in with us and Cortese during the il-fated Kaspars Gorrks deal. I think that probably sways his opinion somewhat.

Teams not to bad Jos scars the **** out of me but having Victor sat in front should help him, still got pace and skill from the fullbacks and Davis, Lallana and SRL are still quality. Guly and JWP should be up for it in rare starts. Get the feeling Sunderland really don't want this so if we want this more we should be ok.

Morgan and Cork looked knackered at end of Tuesday, Fonte has had his leg issue and JRod I think I'm right in saying has played more than anyone else for us this season so is bound to be feeling tired. The only one I can't understand is Boruc if he's not injured, appears to be deliberately weakening the team for no good reason that I can see. Anyway COYS!

Yes not really sure what we are saving some of our first 11 players for.............. finishing 8th instead of 9th I guess.

Its not as if our trophy cabinet is bulging is it? Regardless of result it shows the mna has a lack of respect for us to win a trophy, I want silverware not 8th in the Premiership over 9th, how ****e is that.

Victor probably isn't fully match fit judging by the other day.

Boruc doesn't do cup matches, he doesn't do the bench and we have to give the old fool a game from time to time, probably some sort of wierdo labour law or other.
