Defender or Striker - priority?

If quality is added then in any position would suit me, the question is money and how much they would charge, rushed signings are rarely good.

We may have been working on something for a while. Maybe just waiting for other deals (Osvaldo) to be completed first. In answer to the question, another solid CB for me, just to get to pace and learn things ready for next season.

However, I think our business is done already and dont expect to see anyone come in.

If RL gets injured then we're struggling. JRod just hasn't done it when playing up front, he's much better when playing from a slightly deeper position. And Gallagher, while full of promise, can't be relied upon to get us goals. So I'd say we need a striker. But won't get one, clearly.

We won't be signing anyone. Kat clearly trusts MPs judgement and the current squad. Which is great to see. She hasn't got much wrong so far has she!

Other than hire an under-qualified CEO + sell, loan, suspend and release players she hasnt done much at all.

Not given us much clues towards her long term plans, the cynic in me still says we are for sale and she will do the very minimum possible until we are sold.

Many would say cortese was under qualified when he joined us!

She has protected the clubs reputation by casting out trouble makers brought in by he previous regime and sold, released or loaned players that were clogging up the wage bill and held here by the tyrannical nature of the previous chairman. She had allowed them to persue their careers elsewhere at their level whilst at the same time reducing their impact on the SFC payroll. A fantastic business women and it would appear a fantastic human being with the clubs best interests at heart

Loft / garage clearout - before putting the house up for sale. Sensible

.

CEO - temporary

sell/loan- players who were clearly surplus to our plans

suspend - hardly surprising by all accounts, and something endorsed by, possibly at the instigation of both the playing squad and manager

loan - see 'suspend' above if referring to Osvaldo,

release - allow players to pursue a playing career elsewhere

what is there to complain about ?

Strikes me that you're complaining for the sake of it.

Not complaining... I think the sales, loans, releases were sensible. But what evidence is there that KL is here for long term? Not much

Didnt commit in open letter

Hasnt committed in press

No players signed

Wage bill significantly reduced

All signs so far point to a pending sale?

Only in your head, well and few others..to the rest a sensible business decision to get unrequired players of the wage bill

In order to improve the balance sheet and make us as attractive as possible to a buyer. One of the reasons our CEO is an accountant and has done nothing so far. Has he even said anything publicly yet? He's too busy with the spreadsheets it seems.
