Walker is better, well, he was, certainly not on this seasons form though he is starting to step up again a tad. Johnson isnt as bad as people make out anyway, Id take Johnson and one of Walker or Clyne to the WC and on current form itll be clyne

The funny thing is that, unless Clyne is still carrying an injury, MP seems to be preferring Chambers to Clyne when they are both available in the last few games.

Personally, I'd take Walker as #1, Clyne as #2 - but I am obviously a bit biased.**

I reckon it will be Walker & Johnson - barring injuries of course. Not sure who woy will pick as #1.

**Let's face it the people who actually make these decisions are a lot better informed than I am

Good point well made. IF Clyne cannot get in our team (being kept out by an English Kid) what chance does he have of getting into the England Squad

Well he was injured, and Chambers deputised very abley in his absence. It would have been harsh to drop him straight away.

Clyne was back in for WBA and played poorley, so Chambers got the nod for Sunderland.

Its exciting to have two very good RBs at the club as there really isnt miles in between them that Ive seen in terms of ability.

Agreed, it is good to have 2 decent RBs. For WBA Chambers wasn't in the squad at all and I think there was mention of illness which would figure given his complete absence.

Ahh thats true, I forgot that. Watching I remember thinking it was a shame we didnt have Chambers on the bench as Clyne was poor attacking that day.
