I parked in the Swan Centre on Saturday and I didn't get a ticket, seems a tad odd as the ticket machines were covered over and there were signs everywhere saying free parking, I didn't even see any parking attendants around.

Ah, but I managed to park outside of a designated bay, due to there being a whole line of cars parked outside of their designated bays.
