That is speculation, you dont know what he does day to day, the speculation the other day was that Pochetinno was leaving, this was in a newspaper and dismissed as speculation and rubbish, for the sake of balance how can your analysis be any different from that?

Has somebody just seen a new word and having a crack at trying to use it?

It's not speculation Barry.

Considering the stuff you post, and try and pass off as fact maybe you aren't the one to try and lecture me on speculation eh?

How about a collective of soton/football fan businessmen, sponsors and fans trust.

An elected chairman every so many years from the bunch and an element of collective decision making with a real push for sustainability.

But then of course it comes down to finances, can we maintain some level of success and stability without a large benefactor?

sounds like hell on earth

My preference would be a successful businessman with links to the area and very deep pockets. Someone with a respect for our history but who doesn't let people take the mickey. Someone who wants to give fans a say in decisions but who knows his own mind and doesn't make populist moves just for the sake of it.

Who owns Sunseeker International ?

Only speculating, no basis for thinking his company Dalian Wanda Group may be interested (although they do sponsor football in China)

Reckon we will never do better than ML and NC, sadly.

High German-Swiss long-term committment and morality backed by a wonderfully capable and driven CEO. Hard to imagine a better combination. We've been spolit.

Totally agree.

My oldest lad works there and its all over the shipyard he works in that they're interested. He's just come home and told me. Proberly Just somebody putting two and two together and getting five, and then spreads. Within 2 hours it becomes a "fact".

No fans please. I want it to stay the same. If the worst happens then somebody with deep pockets. It is all very good saying that we would like a local business to buy but as soon as we start slipping then watch the crying.

also if. NC goes then MP would follow IMO

I'd like King Midas to be our owner. Everything he touches turns to gold. And gold is good for a football club.

Not David Gold though.

Fine, if I must. I'll start putting a bid together. I'll need the club to pay rent on a house near Southampton though.

I hear Dibden Purlieu is a nice area. You should check it out.
