CFSFC Posted 5 January, 2014 Share Posted 5 January, 2014 Watching the United v Swansea game i think Flores even though he would cost a few bob would be brilliant for us with Lovren and someone we could tempt here with their strict wage structure. Top player that can play a bit and a proper defender.
DuncanRG Posted 5 January, 2014 Share Posted 5 January, 2014 Good player, but he's a dirty little so and so and he'd cost a fortune. Swansea will see us as one of their main rivals for a top half place so won't let him go cheaply.

Rasiak-9- Posted 5 January, 2014 Share Posted 5 January, 2014 Terrible, terrible defender, as more-or-less all of Swansea's defenders are. Why do you think such a good footballing side are picking up about 1 point per game? Take the match at SMS, they passed us off the park and really could have won 5-2, but every time we went forward we looked like we'd score and actually, the scoreline should have been 3-0 Saints with the Wanyama non-defended corner. Swansea pick defenders to fit in with their passing, possession-based style, not players who can defend.

igsey Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 He would be an improvement on Jos and not much else. I've always thought he was pants, one of the weak links in an otherwise decent Swansea team. No thanks.
niceandfriendly Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 He's been horrible all season. Looks a liability every time I've seen him play.
Window Cleaner Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 He's been horrible all season. Looks a liability every time I've seen him play. He's just Jos with Jesus hair. Swansea are in deep trouble and their defence is the cause of that. If they lose thier next PL game Laudrup might well get sacked...doubt if he'd mind though, looks totally fed up with the standard of his squad now that they have so many injuries. Bewildered Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 Swansea's next four PL games are all massive for them. Fulham (h) West Ham (a) Cardiff (h) Stoke (a) If they don't get at least 6 from that lot they are in deep ****. Having donkey's like Flores won't help. Glasgow_Saint Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 Swansea will be fine. They have had a horrible run of injuries (Shelvey added to that today) Added with Europe run Great manager and a decent side
Window Cleaner Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 Swansea will be fine. They have had a horrible run of injuries (Shelvey added to that today) Added with Europe run Great manager and a decent side and just 3 points above the relagation zone with a f*ck awful defence to boot...yep they'll be fine. They have no cutting edge to their game, it all looks very wonderful but without Michu it's just moving the ball around until they lose it somewhere embarassing allowing the opposition to go Route 1 on goal. They also shoot a lot from a fair way out, it's pointless, it just returns possession to the opponents, that's why we don't do it.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 19 January, 2014 Share Posted 19 January, 2014 Swansea have 6 first team players and a further 3 squad players out injured. What do you expect? Poor guys have had the heart and lungs ripped out of the team. Once players return they will be fine Great manager and top team (when over half arent missing)
