Barry Sanchez Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Well this is a good lesson to see what we need to get to that European place, get your checkbook out Cortese.
Batman Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Well this is a good lesson to se what we need to get to that European place, get your checkbook out Cortese. no, this is the FA Cup. its magical
Dalek2003 Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ?
SO16_Saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? Absolutely not, that's ridiculous.
S-Clarke Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 4 mins to hang on, this is just like the good old days.
Greenridge Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? Yes, Alpine, Dune and Glasgow.
Saint-scooby Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? Grow some BALLS
UpweySaint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? Really, really doubt it ...
Glasgow_Saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? No mate
ericofarabia Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 4 mins injury time ..... Dave has switched on the stopwatch!!
Grey Crab Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Its not rocket science. I am trying to cut down my presence on here, but was incensed enough to post when we let a 2 goal lead slip to a crap team today. Even if we win today, its only papering over the cracks. Why not post when pleased enough to go 2-0 up? Why is anger your most prevailing emotion, the emotion that stirs you into action? Why are you not stirred into action by, say, joy? Why is that?
Dalek2003 Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Absolutely not, that's ridiculous. We will see. I reckon there could be some pretty grim days ahead and if we stay up, it will be closer than people could ever have imagined.
alpine_saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 27m wasted on sponging S. American crap whilst the squad is paper-thin.
trousers Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? Yep, count me in.
Pastor Patrón Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 We will see. I reckon there could be some pretty grim days ahead and if we stay up, it will be closer than people could ever have imagined. Agreed, more wins like this and we'll be in for a torid time.
jjsaint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? No, but only because of our good start...
Barry Sanchez Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Yes, Alpine, Dune and Glasgow. What about Barry, I think we will be ok, not too sure about his Cortese pet Poch though.
melmacian_saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Apparently Davis not great at dealing with cross?
SO16_Saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 We will see. I reckon there could be some pretty grim days ahead and if we stay up, it will be closer than people could ever have imagined. Off topic, but we will still finish top 10
adrian lord Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 So, anyone now coming round to what I was saying about 'sleepwalking' to a relegation scrap ? We may indeed flirt with relegation. Form over last 8 weeks decidedly relegation material, putting aside the obvious mitigation of injuries.
alpine_saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 How a manager who was a defender by trade can allow his defence to go so off the boil is beyond me.
DT Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Apparently Davis not great at dealing with cross? Really? Amazing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
shirleysfc Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 What about Barry, I think we will be ok, not too sure about his Cortese pet Poch though. Do you think Poch should be sacked?
Dalek2003 Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 We may indeed flirt with relegation. Form over last 8 weeks decidedly relegation material, putting aside the obvious mitigation of injuries. Which is what I have been saying. If we don't make some serious signings we will slide down the league like we are clinging to a grease pole.
ericofarabia Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Phew ... finger nails well and truly bitten!!
alpine_saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Fulltime, Saints win (smoke that Alpine) Yeah, what an achievement.
SO16_Saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 AApparently Davis not great at dealing with cross? And in other news, it's been a bit rainy lately
shirleysfc Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 How a manager who was a defender by trade can allow his defence to go so off the boil is beyond me. Injuries hth
obelisk Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 We'll be remembering this game on the eve of our trip to Wembley in May.
alpine_saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Injuries hth Then he should have been hassling his chairman to strengthen.
Dalek2003 Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Fulltime, Saints win (smoke that Alpine) Alarm bells should be ringing in your ears. Our defence is about effective as a wet paper bag.
the saint in winchester Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Let's make an offer for Vokes and Ings. Two Saints supporters at heart, according to Solent. Offer them Billy Sharp and Lee Barnard (plus cash?)
Jonnyboy Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Yeah, what an achievement. You used to say that in League 1 too.
KelvinsRightGlove Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Its not rocket science. I am trying to cut down my presence on here, but was incensed enough to post when we let a 2 goal lead slip to a crap team today. Even if we win today, its only papering over the cracks. Lol from the man so quick to call anyone arrogant. The team 2nd in the championship = crap. You are such a hysterical wet blanket
S-Clarke Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Burnley really aren't a crap team, and anyone who says that are pretty uneducated regarding english football.
Pastor Patrón Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Let's make an offer for Vokes and Ings. Offer them Billy Sharp and Lee Barnard (plus cash?) But Billy Sharp is a better goalscorer then both?
the saint in winchester Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 But Billy Sharp is a better goalscorer then both? Then we tell them that, and try to talk Burnley into it.
influx Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Burnley really aren't a crap team, and anyone who says that are pretty uneducated regarding english football. This! Who is this alpine guy? Seems to be absolutely clueless. Young lad I guess??
Micky Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Let's make an offer for Vokes and Ings. Two Saints supporters at heart, according to Solent. Offer them Billy Sharp and Lee Barnard (plus cash?) Great idea, they're the sort of players to see us comfortably into the champions League. Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk
DuncanRG Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Right, job done in the end. Who do we want in the next round? I'd love Sheffield United away, so I can have the novelty of walking to a Saints game.
Wiggles31 Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 What a game and a great win! Bring on another winnable home game. Grow up some of the bedwetters on here. PATHETIC.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 4 January, 2014 Posted 4 January, 2014 Good result but made hard work of it. Why does Mopo keep playing Jos? 21 against in 9 games - wtf has gone wrong and how do we plug that defence?
