Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Cardiff to win 4-3 @ 2000/1 easy money? FFS, don't tempt fate !
Batman Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 How are we playing in general? Not seeing the game Still a very much changed team I see
mynameisthehulk Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Cardiff to win 4-3 @ 2000/1 easy money? It would be interesting at those odds, but you have pulled them out your ar$e.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 How are we playing in general? Not seeing the game Still a very much changed team I see Pretty decent
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 3-0 lol No one saw that coming If we manage to keep a clean sheet, that would be something Amazing and will settle the nerves.
Solid Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 How are we playing in general? Not seeing the game Still a very much changed team I see We are playing well. Pretty solid and very incisive.
Viking Warrior Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Glasgow shut the f xx up . Go drink some more 80/- to calm yer self doon pal
Dr. Kucho Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Howard sent of for Everton, good news for us. Gazza making good saves, every chance we create goes in, wtf is going on? Keep up the good work lads, COYR (Lawro,s opinion on our goals http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/25467526 )
DG Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 The only reason this is happening is down to me putting money on Cardiff. You're welcome.
Lighthouse Posted 26 December, 2013 Author Posted 26 December, 2013 61% possession. Cardiff can deliver a decent ball with Noone and Wittingham but we look much better in possession.
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Sounds like Cardiff having a go, will be fired up after HT, so need to dog in for a while. Good test.
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Why no Lovren? Not well, a sickness bug ?
melmacian_saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Yoshida > Hooiveld Any of our other CBs is better than Hooiveld, only in this forum where fans like bulldozing panic machines was there ever a doubt about that.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 I am going to hedge and stick some £'s on 3-3 and 4-3 just in case
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 I am going to hedge and stick some £'s on 3-3 and 4-3 just in case A case of reverse psychology.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Any of our other CBs is better than Hooiveld, only in this forum where fans like bulldozing panic machines was there ever a doubt about that. Begs the question.... Why did mopo start jos ahead of yoshi vs Spurs?
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Malky Mackay will be sacked! If we win, please don't tempt fate, you should know better Dr Who !
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 I am going to hedge and stick some £'s on 3-3 and 4-3 just in case Sticke every penny on it and then when you lose we wont have to put up with you as you will be skint
adrian lord Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 It's a funny old game alright, this football!
St.JonB Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 What a great 1st half! Well done lads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pastor Patrón Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 That was awesome, Cardiff are bloody awful though.
Grey Crab Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 No Barry Sanchez or alpine saint? If Cardiff get a goal back, I can guarantee they will be all over this thread like flies round sh*t.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Gotta be pleased with that.... 3-0 and looking good Yoshi, gazza, lallana, lambert, jay, morgan all looking great
Solid Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Begs the question.... Why did mopo start jos ahead of yoshi vs Spurs? I can only think that strength + goal threat. Or he likes living dangerously?
SNSUN Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Well this will empty my LAdbrokes account, but I don't care! I'm stuck at work, it's busier than it has been in ages and I can't follow the game (except for this few minutes breather) but if we keep winning, and winning handsomely, it will be money, and time, well spent!
SNSUN Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 I see Stoke have shot themselves in the foot with two sendings off when they were winning 1-0. :-D
Lighthouse Posted 26 December, 2013 Author Posted 26 December, 2013 I'd say this is pretty much the excuse Tan needs to sack MM. I'm a little disappointed hearing Saints fans singing, "sacked in the morning," personally I think he deserves the support of fans across the country for what he has had to put up with.
Window Cleaner Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 An easy one for Jay to have scuffed too he's beginning to look like the instinctive striker we so need.
melmacian_saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 I can only think that strength + goal threat. Or he likes living dangerously? You mean the same strength that made Soldado look like he can walk through people for their 3rd goal?
Saint-Reece Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 That was awesome, Cardiff are bloody awful though. You can only beat what's infront of you!
Dalek2003 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 What a great 1st half! Well done lads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yep, if the players still respect MacKay they will throw everything at us after the break, if he is on his way and they are deflated we should be OK. Think it is time for Saints to remain professional, take the sting out of the game and push for another goal or two to see us safely home.
Saint_clark Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Love it. Yoshida looking good (where's Pastor Patronising?) Gazzaniga still not looking confident but a couple of good saves and a decent claim at the end should help - very telling that after he caught that ball 5 or 6 of his teammates gave him some encouragement, little back slaps etc. Rodriguez and Lallana are certainties to go to Brazil IMO, and if Lambert can get back in the groove of scoring then we could be seeing 3 Saints players at the World Cup for England.
The Kraken Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Malky Mackay will be sacked! I'm sure he'll be devastated...
Bewildered Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Good half, decisive finishing and controlled in possession. Yoshida's passing may have been a bit poor but he has defended well, as has Fonte. They have needed to as well because Whittingham's set piece delivery has been very good.
DuncanRG Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Cardiff have been really poor but we look good. Gazzaniga's done well besides the cocky attempted clearance. First game we haven't missed Wanyama. Cardiff play wide so Cork and Morgan can pick up on mistakes and instantly launch attacks, often via Davis. If we can make it four or it's still 3 with 25 left, give Ramirez and Gallagher some time off the bench Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pastor Patrón Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Good game to get Gallagher off the mark? Cardiffs defence is non existent
jamesfp1 Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Gazza impeccable. Rodriguez ruthless. Lallana class. Lambert sprinted at one point. Cork and Davis not put a foot wrong. Schneiderlin everywhere. Chambers a constant threat down the right. Yoshida>Hooveld. Fonte solid. Shaw booked for no reason. Cardiff ****..
Glasgow_Saint Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Just hope we dont sit back and play for 3-0 One goal and its game on and our defence could panic
