Window Cleaner Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 I didn't see all the game cos I had tantrum + smashed computer second half, but lot of the time it seemed like Davis was playing right back. Davis, Morgan,Cork they were all helping out there, Chambers was caught forward a couple of times.
krissyboy31 Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 IMO Mick Mills, Ivan Golac and Jason Dodd are the best we've had (luckily not old enough to remember CB Fry, Bill Ellerington etc. Nat is very good and still young. If he continues to improve he could become one of the greats but then Chambers might overtake him and be better.
SaintSteve Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 Sorry but Clyne's weakness is defensive headers which is probably why no big team went for him. He will not be as good as Shaw will be.. anyone who thinks that has lost the plot completely. He is very good though and missed when injured.

Aren't you that angry little autistic fella who said Rodriguez can't control a ball let alone be in the same class as Lambert though?
SaintSteve Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 Aren't you that angry little autistic fella who said Rodriguez can't control a ball let alone be in the same class as Lambert though? No, I'm the intelligent one that you can't deal... actually, you probably can't deal with anyone at all.. your posts are just funny to read, nothing else
SaintSteve Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 Aren't you that angry little autistic fella who said Rodriguez can't control a ball let alone be in the same class as Lambert though? Oh.. and didn't Rodriguez play well yesterday, he was as bad if not worse than Lambert. At Least Lambert was involved in the game and, oh yes, he scored.
Pastor Patrón Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 your posts are just funny to read Thanks babe, just for being nice here's a picture of Rickie looking particularly rugged that I'm sure you'll like
SaintSteve Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 WE can also agree on Lambert dropping his standards dramatically of late.
Saintandy666 Posted 23 December, 2013 Posted 23 December, 2013 It's hard to compare between eras - all top sportsmen today are in a different league compared to decades ago in fitness and so on. And obviously equipment was different and stuff - i.e leather ball etc
david in sweden Posted 25 December, 2013 Posted 25 December, 2013 WE can also agree on Lambert dropping his standards dramatically of late. ....but nothing to do with getting up at 3AM to look after the new baby.?
wild-saint Posted 25 December, 2013 Posted 25 December, 2013 ....but nothing to do with getting up at 3AM to look after the new baby.? really, what happened to his wife? what the fook is she up to then?
Turkish Posted 26 December, 2013 Posted 26 December, 2013 Should he get his place back after Chambers recent form?
Roger Posted 26 December, 2013 Author Posted 26 December, 2013 Should he get his place back after Chambers recent form? Yes he's better IMO.
david in sweden Posted 27 December, 2013 Posted 27 December, 2013 really, what happened to his wife? what the fook is she up to then? Do you have children, I wonder....? it's a very patient wife ....and a lazy husband who don't share the caring of a new baby.....(not to mention they have two youngsters they already have).
