Turkey is the mainstay for Thanksgiving we had a week or two ago. Prime rib might be in the offing this Christmas. yum.

I can't believe it! After collecting my perfectly pre-cooked Turkey on Christmas mornings religiously for the last 12 years, I find that Bl**dy Spinney's supermarket are only cooking them on the 24th this year. Who wants a stale Turkey for Xmas Dinner. Reckon it's another Johny Foreigner conspiracy.

Nothing for it now - pub again......

Anyway, had some pheasant the other month. Bloody near broke a tooth on a bit of shot. I think the goose is cooked... if you get my meaning.

 

A touch too subtle for me at the time I'm afraid. With the benefit of hindsight I now realise what a faux-pas I made and prostrate myself at the feet of a true comic genius.

 

I guess Jimmy Carr hasn't got a lot to worry about for a while anyway...
