Remember reading about this as a lad in the history of the club published around 1978.

 

In the 1922-23 Div 2 season our record was:

 

P42 W14 D14 L14 F42 A42 for a total of 42 points.

I believe fielding an illegible player removes three points if you really wanted to be anal. Now is it possible?

Actually the above isn't entirely accurate - goals F/A were 40, not 42. So not perfectly average on all stats...

Not unless 38 becomes divisible by 3.
