That works both ways. FIFA used rankings for the group seeds, then ignored them over the Pot2/4 issue.

I fundamentally disagreed over the group seeding, and am annoyed at the lack of conistency shown over the 9th Euro country issue in pursuit of a predefined political agenda. there is no big inconsistency that you think you are so clever in highlighting, but dont let that detract from your usual "pick a argument for the sake of it" approach
