SNSUN Posted 2 December, 2013 Posted 2 December, 2013 Helicopters crashing on pubs, cars killing celebrities, trains killing people in the US, and I bashed my knee on a friend's motorbike. Is transport out to get us?
KelvinsRightGlove Posted 2 December, 2013 Posted 2 December, 2013 As a daily TFL commuter - I am convinced the entire network is out to stress me out to the point of heart attack
Tokyo-Saint Posted 2 December, 2013 Posted 2 December, 2013 True story - The other night I was coming home from a mate's house after the boxing. Was a bit pissed so took the bus. Bus timer said it was coming in 2mins then the next one in 30 mins so I legged it to the bus stop. Got there just in the nick of time with the bus approaching in the distance. I put my hand out to signal to the bus as is the done way but the bus driver just sped up. As it got closer, I noticed the bus driver had a mate standing next to him. Then as they drove past both him and his mate smiled and stuck their fingers up at me. It was so bad that it was funny. I couldn't help but laugh. If I were a bus driver driving ****ed people about on a sat night, this is exactly how I would like to behave. I couldn't even be angry with him as I walked home. Respect for the mad max night bus driver - he stops when he wants.
Bearsy Posted 2 December, 2013 Posted 2 December, 2013 *sigh* The full story, obviously, is that tokyos was waving at a (school) bus (with his penis)
Spudders Posted 2 December, 2013 Posted 2 December, 2013 As a daily TFL commuter - I am convinced the entire network is out to stress me out to the point of heart attack I honestly don't know how more people aren't stabbed to death on the tube system. I want to stab people in the face on almost every commute. I often hear announcements on the underground about delays due to 'people on the lines' but I know this is just code as it's more comforting for the London masses to believe people are getting depressed and killing themselves, rather than that another person has been stabbed in the face trying to jump on the tube as the doors are shutting and getting their rucksack stuck in the door
SNSUN Posted 2 December, 2013 Author Posted 2 December, 2013 I work for the Tube, and even I want to chuck myself under a train some days...
