Feels like we've stopped playing. Mainly because of how good Chelsea are unfortunately :/

Yes, credit must be given to Chelsea.

They had to reshuffle to cope with us. That is also to our credit.

We always knew reality would kick in eventually didn't we??

Reality we are found little short away to Chelsea and Arsenal but with over ⅓ of season we are better than Man U and Spurs and only 3 points behind Man C (but about to play them at home) ? ;)

It's December and we are above Man Utd and Spurs, 2 points off a Champions League place (assuming we get nothing here)

We've taken 4 points from our fixtures away at Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Utd.

I'll take that for reality.

The high pressing game is great and gets rewards at times but we are no threat up front from open play.

The high pressing game is great if you have goalscorers up front who create out of nothing or have pace, its restricts the opposition but also denies the usual build up of play.

Comforts blankets of previous good results wont cut it with the "don" though will they?

Credit to Chelsea, they've been excellent this half, how on earth Mata isn't the first name on their team sheet I don't know

The usual trolls blaming x, y and z as usual but simple fact is we've been outplayed second 45

Disappointing, both big signings, but done very little.

Ramirez was ok under Adkins, about on a par with Lallana, but doesn't work at all in our new system. Osvaldos just been absolute garbage, I've tried to like him because he seems like a funny c#nt be he really is terrible

Think Kelvin took a knock the other week. Maybe not fully fit.

Or Gazza might have impressed in training.

Hmmm. Hope Gazza is up for it, certainly a good test for him.

Feels very similar to last week, where we have to play at 100% to have a chance of containing a top team playing at about 60-70%. Not really surprising considering the vast difference in squad cost and depth, but a pretty fair marker of our level.

Yep. We gave it a good go, but we have been also a bit unlucky. Need to put both games behind us and learn from them.

BS sensible post shocker.

I agree with this, we don't creative enough which seems to be the symptom of the system, unless your have a team like Barca/Munich and so on.
