Yes, it's much closer then 80/20. Considering how bad coaching in the modern game effects things and how individual skill reflects...... Tricky to judge in a strict ratio as there is more then just the two variables. Management - Tactics, Motivational Ability, Coaching Ability Players - Talent, Chemistry, Work Rate Splitting it down into those..... 40% Management, 60% Players.

Individuals playing together, understanding how the others play and their capabilities, that 'sixth sense' to know where your team-mate will be making his run. Without that familiarity - which takes time - coaching can take you only so far.
