The 4 hour parking bays are open all night, so stay as long as you want. But I can see it out of the window right now, so don't let off any flares or fireworks please. This is Winchester, innit. Go up in the afternoon, build a fire in the copse, then everyone up there after the pub on a Saturday night. Roll down the hill on Sunday morning and into the Cricketers for lunch time o'booze.
