Les being slightly disingenuous about the regime's role in the development of Bale and co. At the moment it's living off past glories. I'd rather listen to Georges Prost and Rupes views on the subject.

"Premier League slapping themselves on the back much? Saints were doing most of that stuff long before the EPPP came along and the Prem clubs decided it was in the best interests of football that all the young talent was hoovered up by a few teams.

 

Lucky for us (no luck involved) we were one of those few and are now reaping the rewards. And didn't we sign a teenager from Chelsea this weekend? Odd :D"
