HELP!!!!!!!! Home Match V Man City

I have tried to buy two tickets for the Man City home match, but have been told that because I have no purchase history in the last Year that I can't purchase tickets.

 

I am flying back from Austria and would desperately love to see this match.

 

Can anybody help me by purchasing 2 tickets on my behalf???
